I am a clinical nutritionist and certified yoga instructor specializing in digestive disorders, cancer supportive therapy, blood sugar imbalances, adrenal fatigue, and pregnancy nutrition. I am a certified master of kinesiology and I teach nutrition classes for corporate wellness programs, yoga and meditation workshops, and provide one-on-one personalized health coaching. I teach clients how they can support their bodies and health through nutrition, homeopathy, yoga and meditation, and subconscious belief patterning and positive affirmations. I see clients that are searching for an alternative to pharmaceuticals or have tried the medical route and are still not getting the relief they have been seeking. I also provide education regarding different health issues, such as IBS, IBD, Crone’s, Parasite infections, Diverticulitis, chronic allergies, gallstones, kidney stones, Rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid and adrenal issues, anxiety and depression, osteoporosis, and chronic fatigue. I teach clients how to eat to remove the possible contributing factors in their diet, how their current diet is tied to their symptoms, and how to take a step by step approach to achieving their health goals. I also provide unique tailored whole food supplement protocols, I can weed through current supplement regimens and cut to only what is beneficial, prescribe specific yoga poses and meditation (if needed), as well as I incorporate aromatherapy, positive affirmations, homeopathy, and EFT for emotional health balancing. It is my passion to ignite one’s inner light and unite our community to create a better world. My job as a clinical nutritionist and yoga instructor is to educate you and provide you with as many tools possible to help you realign with your optimal potential. I instill hope when all was lost, and show you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle so you can live a full and vibrant life. Healthy people do great things, and my hope is that together we can create a healthy community that co-creates healthy, happy, lives!
