During National Home Visiting Week, we recognize the people behind the impact.

Home visiting has a strong track record. It improves maternal and child health, supports positive parenting, and strengthens long-term family stability. But outcomes only happen when that evidence reaches families. That work belongs to the home visitors, nurses, social workers, care coordinators and community partners who show up week after week.

Across nearly 280 partner sites in 39 states, DC, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and tribal communities, we’re proud to support Child First and Nurse-Family Partnership and the local leaders who bring these models to life.

That’s why we have a Benevolence Room! You can come once a month to get free diapers, formula, baby clothes, and maternity wear for families with children ages birth–4.

If you need a little extra support, we’re here for you.

And if you have gently used items, they can make a meaningful difference for another family. You can bring donations to any of our centers during office hours. Thank you for supporting families in our community!

This week we held our first group meeting! “Afternoon Tea Time with NFP” was such a great success!! A special thank you to Texas A&M AgriLife Extension for hosting and showing our mom healthy ways of snacking with their toddlers. We had such a great time!

Clinic now open on the Northside of Amarillo! Now taking appointments.

🤍 We want to be honest with our community.

North Heights Medical Clinic was opened because our community spoke up. Many shared that having a clinic right in the middle of these surrounding communities would make a real difference, especially for those who don’t always have easy access to care.

Right now, the clinic is at risk of closing if we don’t see more patients coming through our doors. That’s hard to say, but transparency matters to us.

Choosing a local clinic truly makes a difference. Your visit helps keep accessible healthcare available close to home.
