PHOENIX provides customized physical therapy and rehabilitation to keep you doing the things you love.
The first step to recovery is having a comprehensive evaluation completed by your Physical Therapist. Using a variety of tests and measures, your Physical Therapist will establish your baseline and develop a plan of care. Treatment will begin on the first session as well as patient education and a home program to get you started.
Through continued education, we design our treatment plans based on the latest research. We truly believe “exercise is medicine” and take an active approach towards rehabilitation. We specialize in exercise prescription, but may also use manual therapy and modalities such as ice, heat, and electrical stimulation to help aid the healing process.
When working with any injury, we aim to decrease risk of re-injury in the future by designing an individualized maintenance program just for you! We also specialize in patient education and teaching safe body mechanics and injury prevention techniques
