Stepping back, slowing down, and getting outside helps me stay grounded — and honestly, it’s something I encourage for everyone.

Last night I dropped off a few restocks at Emerald Beauty Bar ✨

• Fresh gingerbread chai & sugar cookie chai lattes are in the fridge
• A fresh batch of elderberry syrups is available

• A new batch of Radiant Rose & Saffron Glow Oil is on the top shelf with my skincare

This time of year can be a lot on the nervous system.

More to do.
More to think about.
More emotions in the air.

When stress builds, the body can get stuck in fight-or-flight. Cortisol stays high, sleep feels lighter, and mornings can feel rushed or anxious before the day even begins.

A few gentle ways to support your nervous system during the holidays: • don’t skip meals (even a small snack helps)
• hydrate well — electrolytes matter
• slow, intentional breathing (I like a 4-5-7 breath - breathe in through your nose for 4 - hold for 5 - out through your mouth for 7)
• ease into the morning before caffeine
• give yourself permission to slow down

Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do is create a quiet moment and remind your body that it’s safe.

If your nervous system has been feeling a little out of whack lately, you’re not alone. Be gentle with yourself — this season asks a lot. 🤍

Thinking about offering a small-batch Parasite Support capsule… 🌿

I’m planning to make a limited batch of Parasite Support capsules using traditional herbs like black walnut hull, wormwood, clove, and garlic.

Sunday Update 🤍

Rooted2Wellness wants to send a big thank you to Amboy for such a wonderful Christmas Walk last night. It was so good to see familiar faces, chat with so many of you, meet new people, and hang out with other amazing vendors. It was freezing, but so worth it—thank you to everyone who braved the cold and supported local small businesses. 🥶❤️

This week will be a little quieter. I won’t be doing much restocking at Emerald Beauty Bar or Aligned & Alchemy Collective. I only have one day off from my full-time job before heading to Florida mid-week… so it’s basically work, pack, forget something important, repeat. 😅✈️

Rooted2Wellness will be out of the office from the 18th through after Christmas. If you need anything before then, I’ll do my best to help—just know my schedule is tight between work and travel. Both Emerald Beauty Bar and Aligned & Alchemy Collective will be open and stocked with most of my herbal products, so please check with them for business hours.
