Allergies acting up? Same over here 🙋♀️
Instead of grabbing 10 different things… here’s my simple go-to allergy support protocol 🌿
✨ Daily support
– Seasonal Calm drops

– Hydration (don’t skip this)
✨ Calm the histamine response

– Nettle (again… she’s the MVP)
✨ Mucus + sinus support
– Elderberry
– Warm teas + steam
✨ Don’t forget your nervous system
– Lemon balm
– Magnesium
(yes… stress makes allergies worse)
✨ Simple lifestyle shifts
– Local honey
– Shower after being outside
– Windows closed on high pollen days
