Hi, I’m Matthew Benavidez, LMFT. For nearly a decade I’ve helped couples and individuals in Utah County heal quickly and reconnect deeply. As a Master ART Clinician and Gottman Level 3 therapist, I blend fast, focused trauma resolution (ART) with practical, research-based tools for communication, trust, and intimacy. My work is EFCT/EFT and IFS-informed, and it’s always culturally and faith-aware. Sessions are collaborative, clear, and goal-oriented—so you leave knowing what to practice between visits.
