Outside of the box therapy. We offer individual, marriage and family therapy as well as life coaching. Join us for a visual arts self-discovery group or arrange for individual sessions. Are you looking for a D.B.T group? We have one. Janey is also one of the three trained therapists, in the state of Utah, who can offer Accelerated Resolution therapy or A.R.T, it is therapy specifically geared towards helping with the effects of trauma and other stressors.
