The Big Shuck on March 7 will be a fun way of supporting the Phoebe Sumter Foundation. But the reason to support Phoebe Sumter Foundation – is so healthcare can be accessible to all when it’s needed. In 2023, Julia Clare Hubbard ate a cookie at school. As simple as that. However, she didn’t know the cookie had nuts in it. Being allergic to nuts, Julia Clare had an allergic reaction. Fast action at the school and by her mother, Julia Clare was rushed to the Phoebe Sumter Medical Center Emergency Room. The team was waiting for them and immediately took her to a trauma room. She received prompt lifesaving treatment. You can help save lives, too with buying a ticket to the Big Shuck on March 7. Buy your tickets today >>> https://phoebehealth.com/bigshuck

: Finding the right doctor can be a long journey, but it makes a world of difference when you finally find someone who stays by your side. One patient recently shared their experience with Dr. Kristin Tott at Phoebe General Surgery of Americus, and it’s the perfect reminder of why compassionate care matters: After years of struggling with health issues, having a surgeon who is truly in it for the long haul is life-changing. If you’re looking for a provider who genuinely cares about your recovery, Dr. Tott is the one.
