Celebrating Women's History Month — Starting With Our Very Own!

This Women's History Month, we are proud to shine the spotlight on the incredible women who built this company from the ground up — our very own Co-Founders, Eshonda Blue, RN and Jessica Wright Finch, RN.

What started as a deeply personal calling — caring for their beloved grandmother — grew into something far greater than either of them could have imagined.

In 2007, they founded Innovative Senior Solutions, becoming the first licensed home care provider in Sumter County, Georgia.

From that foundation, they went on to make history as the first Black women to establish an Adult Day Care Franchise in the United States.

Their journey has not been without hard work, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to their community — and the world has taken notice:

🏆 Georgia Trend 40 Under 40
🎓 Class of 2017 — Leadership Georgia
🎓 Dartmouth Minority Business Executive Program — Class of 2019
📈 Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Business — 2024 & 2025
🎤 2025 TED Speaker
🏅 2024 Georgia Southwestern University Visionary Award
🏠 First Homecare Agency in Americus, Georgia

But beyond the accolades, what makes Eshonda and Jessica truly remarkable is WHY they do what they do. Every center, every client, every caregiver — it all comes back to love, purpose, and a passion for keeping seniors safe, healthy, and connected to their communities.

As we celebrate Women's History Month, we honor two women who didn't just dream big — they built big. And they are just getting started.

To Eshonda and Jessica — thank you for your vision, your sacrifice, your leadership, and your heart. Innovative Senior Solutions® exists because of you, and so do the lives you've changed.

At Green Table 💚, we shared this simple tip:
Serve seniors small, frequent plates instead of one large meal.

Big plates can feel overwhelming, reduce appetite, and lead to wasted food. Small portions help improve intake and comfort.

02/25/2026

In this episode of Green Table Talk, we discuss some of the challenges seniors face that make it difficult for them to eat, and we share practical tips on how to address these issues.

02/24/2026

For seniors, diets may need to follow specific health needs—but healthy eating doesn’t mean losing the joy of mealtime.
