Sometimes getting out in the cooler temps to walk, run, bike, etc., might take a little more work. Your body will be glad you did, both physically and spiritually. Remember to turn that doorknob and get outside y'all. The mornings are brighter earlier now from the time change, go catch the sunrise in the morning.
