Awaken and Ascend Facilitating the journey of bringing you back into alignment with your higher self. I help people empower themselves. We heal them together!

I create a safe space for people to experience what the body, soul, and spirit want to express. We find the parts of you that have blocks, voids, or misunderstandings. Maybe these parts are filters, limiting beliefs, thoughts, or past events/traumas and we look at them from all different angles and we see what they are needing. I am here as a guide and a resource to help you help yourself to become and be your most authentic self. To trust in yourself and your soul's purpose. Are you open for the opportunity to discover who you truly are meant to be? I can tune into energies, of all kinds, inside and outside of the body to help clarify and bring forth the truth. I listen to your stories that you speak of and I feel those that your energy wants me to hear. We go on a journey of self discovery as you open your awareness to your higher self and your guides. I am so grateful to have this chance to be your guide through your own personal, beautiful, magical transformation. You have everything you need inside you, you just may need a little guidance finding the way.

Unexpressed emotions and trauma is stored in the body until you allow it to surface and let it go.

Until then it shows up as blocks in the natral flow of energy throughout the body as illness.
