For 30 years, our purpose at Adoray has been more than just words — it's a way of life: "Compassion in Action, Integrity in Care."

We are honored to recognize Katie Hoffman as our July Employee of the Month and celebrate the many ways she brings this purpose to life.

Katie is the very definition of Compassion in Action and Integrity in Care. Four days a week, she dedicates herself to verifying insurance — a task that can often be long and challenging. What began as new territory for Katie has now become an area where she shines, transforming into our in-house insurance wiz. She also serves as our go-to for external medical record requests, drawing on her background in health information to support the team with skill and efficiency.

What truly sets Katie apart is the joy and warmth she brings to every interaction. Whether she’s speaking with patients, families, referral sources, or colleagues, her bubbly and pleasant spirit shines through. Katie takes great pride in her work, and her dedication makes her an invaluable part of the Adoray team.
