I’ve updated my Cancellation and No-Show Policy. These updates help maintain balance, fairness, and consistency so that I can continue to provide the best possible care for all clients.
Here’s a quick overview of the changes:
Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 36 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service cost.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will also be charged 100% of the service cost.
Rescheduling: After three consecutive reschedules, clients will need to contact me directly to book future sessions. Payment is due at the time of scheduling and is nonrefundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled.
Emergencies: I recognize that unexpected situations arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment begins on time.
