Most people can handle 3 to 5 workouts a week. On the other days, go for a walk, try yoga, or take a salt bath. Light movement still counts as recovery.

The first chart shows body composition. You can see their muscle mass going up and their fat mass going down over time. That is what steady, healthy progress looks like.

The second chart shows segmental muscle mass. This breaks down where your muscle is on your body. It helps you see where you are strong and where you might need to improve.

These are just a few of the charts our Seca scale provides. The goal is to give you clear data, track your progress, and help you build healthy habits that last!
