Hi! My name is Dr. Erin Thomas and I am the sole owner/provider for TRIAD Chiropractic. I provide wellness, family, and sport chiropractic services in Ames, IA. I’ve recently moved to Ames from the Austin, TX area- my partner, Christopher, is pursuing his graduate degree at Iowa State (go Cyclones!) and I also wished to be closer to family in Fairfield, IA. We have therefore made our new home here in Ames!

I look forward to being of service in the community here- my practice aims to be an affordable guide to wellness, rehabilitative, sports, and family care! No insurance? No problem! I cut out the middle man and offer a flat, affordable rate of $45/visit for established patients.
