🎶 Ames Kiwanis Golden K Singers 🎶

We were delighted to welcome the Ames Golden K Kiwanis Singers to our community as they filled the room with Christmas cheer. Their voices, familiar carols, and holiday spirit brought smiles, toe-tapping, and plenty of sing-along moments.

🔥 Men’s Supper Club kicked off in style at The Commons 🔥

Our very first Men’s Supper Club brought the heat—literally. Organized by Jennifer Adams, Chef Nick treated the guys to a live cooking demo featuring Jamaican Jerk Burgers, paired perfectly with craft beers and smoked Old Fashioneds.

Good food, great drinks, and even better conversation. This is what community looks like when you pull up a chair and stay awhile.

More nights like this coming soon.

🧵 Quilt Show with Michele Olsen 🧵

We were honored have a quilt show and discussion with resident Michele Olsen , featuring a beautiful collection of her quilts and a behind-the-scenes look at her creative process. Through photos, stories, and thoughtful conversation, Michele shared how each piece comes together—from inspiration to finished quilt.

The craftsmanship, patience, and artistry on display sparked great questions and even better discussion. A wonderful reminder that every quilt tells a story.

🎄 Maggie’s Place Tree Decorating 🎄

Teamwork, creativity, and attention to detail were on full display as our Maggie’s residents came together to decorate the tree. Every ornament, ribbon, and finishing touch was added with care—making the space feel festive, welcoming, and full of warmth.

It’s more than decorating a tree. It’s creating a place that feels like home.
