Before you dive in, protect your spine:
✔️ Avoid lifting and twisting at the same time - pivot your feet instead
✔️ Take a short break every 10–15 minutes
✔️ Stretch your hips and hamstrings when you’re done (they affect your low back more than you think)

-Lots of standing… lots of phone scrolling… lots of hunching without realizing it.

If your neck starts feeling tight or your shoulders creep upward by mid-afternoon, try this quick reset (car parked — safety first):
• Sit tall with your back against the seat
• Drop your shoulders down and back
• Gently pull your chin straight back (yes, the double-chin look)
• Hold 5 seconds, repeat 5 times
