We’re excited to launch Mind in Motion, our new motivational interviewing service led by our health coach, Karlee.

Karlee is certified and experienced in motivational interviewing, a guided conversation style that helps you:

build habits you can actually stick with

You might recognize Karlee from our front office. What sets her apart is her ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and create a safe space where you can be honest about what’s really holding you back.

Please help us welcome Anthony Guerra to our personal training team! Anthony is a certified strength and conditioning coach and a junior at Iowa State University studying Kinesiology and Health with a Pre-Physical Therapy focus. He brings experience training NFL and Division I athletes from his summers at the Seattle Sports Institute. Anthony offers personal training sessions on weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings and is ready to take on new clients, especially with the New Year right around the corner.

Congratulations to our chiropractic intern, Colton Belloma, for officially completing the internship program here at United Movement and on his graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic last Friday!👏

We’re so proud of his growth, learning, and clinical skills you’ve shown in helping patients move and feel their best since this past summer. We will miss his good energy, great jokes, and golf knowledge in the clinic. Colton will be moving to La Crosse, Wisconsin and work to start his own practice in a gym setting working alongside a few personal trainers in the area.💪
