Kim Mosiman Wellness Writer, Nutritionist, Coach I had the good fortune to coach thousands of people over an eight year period of time.

The philosophy of my gym was to teach people how to choose good foods often enough to avoid hangry bouts of midnight munching and out of control splurging, while providing fun, high-energy workouts in an environment that was accepting and supportive. I am a certified personal trainer and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 and 2 certified nutritionist and a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s Holistic Health Coach Program. Most importantly, I am a middle-aged woman who has looked in the mirror and felt disappointed with what I saw. I have yo-yoed in my quest to be happy with myself and have developed a nonsense-free plan to live a sustainably healthy life by rejoicing in my progress and accepting the gifts I receive along the way.
