Let's talk Intrinsic Muscles of the Hand! 🖖

How did you learn your anatomy?!

Did you learn mnemonics? Did you draw on yourself?

Intrinsic muscles of the hand are typically the most complicated to learn, but if you can remember "All for One and One for All" as well as "PADs and DABs" you're almost there! The only muscles missing are the Lumbricals!
