Wintering is a sacred season—an invitation to slow down, reflect, and tend to the soul.

As the weather turns bitter cold and the days grow shorter, we’re often drawn indoors, seeking warmth not just for our bodies, but for our hearts and minds. It’s easy to get swept up in the rush—from errands to events, from bundled layers to busy schedules. But winter, in its quiet wisdom, asks us to pause.

I’ve always found comfort in the simple rituals of the season: simmer pots on the stove, spiced ciders in hand, breads rising in the oven, and the aromatic delights that fill the home with memory and meaning. These small acts of care become anchors—reminders that nourishment, beauty, and presence are always within reach.

As someone who feels the weight of the winter doldrums, I lean into my hygge more than ever during these months. Cozy comforts, candlelight, soft textures, and soulful music help me reconnect with the magic that lives beneath the surface of the season. The holidays can bring a whirlwind, but wintering reminds us to return to what’s real: intention, connection, and inner warmth.

Tonight I led a powerful candle carving/magical, meditation session to set intentions for healing from the mother wound. What a wonderful and beautiful experience for my client. I am still processing the enormous amount of clarity and freedom this session brought.

Sometimes all we need is a touch of magic and trust in ourselves to see our heart and mind free.

This has been one intense full Ta**us moon - predicted to be one of the most illuminating and powerful of the year.

Are you feeling the old collapsing and the new trying to emerge? If you are having bouts of energy and then need to take a nap 20 minutes later, then your consciousness is feeling the releases and integrations. This one is pulling everything forward and leaving the past behind.

Headaches, thirst, dizziness, blurry vision, sudden emotional changes, these are just some of the symptoms. Rest when you can, hydrate, eat lightly...salt baths are wonderful, infused with rosemary, geranium and sage for energetic cleansing.

Mint infused water with lemon will help with stomach ease and magnesium for sleep balance, headaches and stress. As always, only take supplements and herbs if you know there will be no contraindications.

How are you feeling? Anything that you have noticed is different with this moon?

It’s time to get proactive with cleaning house-mentally and physically. This is a great time to let go and be guided.

Wow! October went by so quickly, I truly hope November slows down for us all. This month is always a favorite, as it is the month of giving and of course gratitude. I am grateful for all of you and our always growing and expanding community.

As you know, I’ve been making big changes the last couple of years within The Modern Spiritualist. I was shown in my own meditations to pivot and explore new ways of offering spiritual classes and conscious living, while also being true to myself and my own voice.

I feel confident I have been providing updated services that are working for all. Of course, I am primarily still offering 1-1 life coaching sessions, hypnotherapy and wellness sessions, along with career coaching, empowered beauty, and a personal favorite, nature-based classes and mentoring.

-Writing classes are returning this month, along with seasonally inspired workshops.

-Fall specials are still available and those are active until 12/31/25. I will be talking a lot about “wintering” this month and keep an eye out for a special class on this subject.

-We have a full moon (supermoon) in Ta**us today. Guess what? :) This is a BIG, wonderful, moon because it is revealing TRUTH, wisdom and clearing the pathways...if you feel you have been stuck, looping or procrastinating, this moon is moving out the blocks.

I’m excited to be hosting a “Modern to Vintage” Women’s Event at Birdhouse in Amesbury, MA on November 13th, along with my sister, Darielle Rose who will be offering an heirloom photograph for each of you!

You are invited to enter a space that is cozy, filled with artistic expression and a perfect place where your wardrobe can take center stage, and dressing becomes an act of self-expression and memory.

This is a 3-hour community experience designed to reconnect you with your aesthetic, your individuality, and your voice. Through storytelling, guided reflection, and playful exploration, we’ll dive into the art of dressing up—not for anyone else, but for the sheer joy of self-expression.

Come dressed in something that holds meaning—a hat passed down from your grandmother, a pin that reminds you of a special moment, socks that make you smile. Layer it. Celebrate it. Be bold, be silly, be imaginative. This is your invitation to dress up just because. I will most likely be dressed in velvety layers, something vintage, but representative of November in New England.

I will have upcycled pop-up racks to shop, along with soft drinks and light snacks. Come tour this beautiful, women’s collective space, which I’m honored to be a part of.

In a world that often asks women to tone down, this evening is about turning it up—your joy, your memories, your presence. We’ll share stories of the past that support the present, and explore how your closet, your morning rituals, and your lifestyle can become tools of empowerment.


Because when women gather with intention, beauty becomes a language—and style becomes a celebration.

Get to know me ❤️

I’m grateful to do the work I love—but I didn’t arrive here by chance.

My path has been one of deep transformation, healing, and reclaiming my true self.

As a lifestyle guide and transformational designer, I help others discover their joy, purpose, and power—because I know what it’s like to be disconnected from who you are.

Getting there isn’t always easy. I’ve had incredible helpers along the way who reflected my truth back to me. Now, I get to share my lived experience through beauty, wellness, coaching, wardrobe consulting, wildcrafting, and nature-based living—all while honoring my eclectic, artistic soul.

I’m a multi-faceted woman, and I celebrate that.

Aren’t we all? We each carry passions, stories, and wisdom worth sharing. The real work is honoring who we were, who we are, and who we’re becoming.

When you lead from that place—with intention, authenticity, and courage—success takes on a whole new meaning.

These slides share more of who I am, so I can truly connect with you. The work I do is personal, meaningful and well, an architect of self-discovery.

Life is not a one-size-fits-all. It’s about how you choose to create your life and shape it to reflect who you are -and that is constantly fluid.

We learn to be adaptable while remaining true to ourselves and mirror these values to others. This is throughout all aspects of life-work, career, culture, relationships, family…Integrity. Values. Intuition. Showing up even when it’s hard.

I am sharing parts of my life story in a transformational empowerment guide- a book filled with insights and inspired wisdom that was learned, earned and embodied. It’s been a long time coming. I’m so excited you are here with me on my journey-And I’m here for yours.

It will be a fun series, looking at the evolution of self and style and how aesthetics change and shape your life. I lean into creative dressing, taking risks and dressing for your own authenticity.
