About six weeks into coaching, Stephanie told me she needed to quit.
Too much stress. Too much pressure. Financial strain. Life felt overwhelming.
She had just gone through a separation. Moved with her two kids. Owns her own business. Carries extra weight. Carries even more responsibility.
On paper, quitting made sense.
But this was never about being on a program. It was about building a lifestyle.
So we did not push harder. We zoomed out.
One session per week instead of two.
Fifteen minute daily walks.
Protein first at meals.
Small actions she could sustain in this season.
She is still showing up.
Not perfectly. Not heroically. But consistently.
Life rarely calms down at the perfect time. There will always be stress, bills, responsibilities.
Sometimes the answer is not quitting. It is editing the plan.
One workout is better than zero.
One small win is better than giving up.
Progress belongs to the people who refuse to do nothing.
If you are waiting for the right time, this is your reminder that you can start right where you are.
