Another successful day and patient! Mrs. Presley has graduated, and as she sang walking down the hall this morning, she's "going home"! What a sweet and ambitious woman, she will be missed but we are so happy for her!

Yesterday, we celebrated Veteran's Day with a great lunch and conversation with our wonderful Veterans! We appreciate them every day but on Veteran's Day we like to honor them.

The Fairmont Angel tree is up and ready! Every resident has a number and will receive a gift to keep the Christmas magic going forever! We ask that the gifts be returned in a gift bag(s) with the tag or number attached by December 19th. We have the best community and are so excited to see the Christmas magic come to life for our residents!

Hello! My name is Brandy Victoria Polaski and I am still newlywed as I married my best friend, Russell Polaski, a little over a year ago. My parents were Willie and Minerva Taylor both from North Carolina. I was homeschooled and do have two older sisters. Before I came to Fairmont, I worked for over 20 years for my dad as his administrative assistant. I have enjoyed teaching dance and being involved in fitness throughout my life. I CrossFit at Madison Heights CrossFit and enjoy hiking and spending time with my husband and family. I love traveling and have gone to places like Romania, Austria and Honduras, just to name a few. I was looking for somewhere to volunteer, and a few of my friends at CrossFit told me about a position here. I applied and was hired! This job at Fairmont has exceeded my expectations in all the best ways. It is more than a job. It is a family and a place to share my love and passion for people!

Staff and residents had a blast Friday from trick or treaters, costumes, Halloween party to a special Halloween bingo it was a day filled with fun and family!

We really enjoyed having the pre-k kids from Amherst Elementary and the Kindergarten classes from Central Elementary trick or treating through our halls Friday!
