Our local post offices are SLAMMED. Between the snowy weather and being understaffed, our area (and I’m sure others too) is experiencing a crazy delay in mail being delivered as well as picked up.

Examples: I had package pick ups scheduled for November 24th. They were picked up that day as planned. However, they sat in “pre-shipment” staging until December 1st. Yesterday I waited at the post office for nearly 45 minutes in a line of people who were looking for mail, tracking down packages, trying to send stuff off, etc. And our regular mail has just run for the first time since December 5th. 😳

Now this is not me complaining but it is definitely me trying to plan accordingly. The last thing I ever want is for you guys to be expecting goodies for Christmas gifts and they don’t arrive in time.
