Creating a space where you can be fully yourself 🌈

We are honored to introduce our LGBTQIA+ Therapy Group, a closed 8-week virtual group created for LGBTQIA+ individuals ages 18–30. This is a brave and affirming space to explore  self, nurture emotional safety, build healthy boundaries, and strengthen self-acceptance and resilience.

Together, we will cultivate a community rooted in trust, respect, and confidentiality. A space where your story matters and your voice is valued. Our work will be guided by evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, while also centering connection, authenticity, and healing in community.

 🗓️Starts April 9, 2026 (Recurring every Thursday from 7:00 to 8:30 PM)
📍Virtual  Online Telehealth (Anywhere in MA)

Take the first step. Scan the QR code or email to begin.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.🦋

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, we honor the women whose work has shaped how we understand mental health, healing, and care. Their legacy continues to create space for more inclusive, compassionate, and culturally grounded support, not just this month, but every day.

Last Thursday, we gathered for Soul Sessions: Beyond the Roles We Hold—an evening rooted in reflection, connection, and honest conversation among women in leadership.

The space was intentional, intimate, and inspiring. A reminder that when we pause and show up as our full selves, we strengthen not only ourselves, but the communities we lead.

Thank you to our partners SoiréeMi , Art for the Soul Gallery, and Springfield Cultural Partnership for helping bring this experience to life.

Interested in bringing Soul Sessions to your organization or community? Let’s connect.

Meet Corissa Colon, LCSW, MSW💜

Corissa joined Multicultural Clinical Services in 2021 and has been a meaningful part of our team ever since.

With more than 25 years in the mental health field, Corissa works with teens and adults and is known for the way she creates authentic connections with the people she supports. She believes therapy should be a safe space where people can process life, make sense of what they’re feeling, and move toward change.

With a passion for supporting the neurodivergent community, specifically adults with ADHD, and a deep understanding of family systems, Corissa is a strong advocate for social justice. She embodies a clinical practice that is relational, compassionate, and vulnerable.

Corissa often reminds clients that caring for our mental health starts with the basics. Sleep, nutrition, and hydration matter more than we sometimes realize.

What stands out most about Corissa is the compassion she brings to this work. She shows up fully for her clients, walking alongside them through difficult moments and celebrating the progress they make along the way.

Outside of the therapy room, Corissa loves music and dancing.

We’re grateful for the care, heart, and energy she brings to the MCS community.

Today we honor the history, the lineage, the love of Blackness. We honor the innovators and the scientists. The homemakers and the organizers. The artists, the builders, the lovers. We honor the brilliance that has always existed, even when it was overlooked.

Black history is not separate from Black love. It is rooted in how we care for each other, how we create, how we protect, how we keep showing up. It lives in our families, our communities, our traditions, and in the way we continue to choose one another.

This month, and every month, we recognize the power in that.

🖤

Wholeness isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about honoring all of who you are. Every part belongs. Take a pause today and check in: body, mind, heart, spirit. What needs care right now?

Progress over perfection. Remember that consistency is more important than getting something right every time. Keep showing up for yourself and you will see results. Try to take one step today still moves you forward.
