Grateful for my patients as partners...

I am excited to come to work every day, because I have genuine relationships with each of my patients, and I look forward to seeing you.

I feel fulfilled in my role as mother, because working with you gives me the freedom to be with my family when I need to be, sometimes in the middle of the day.

1. It's not about how I look, it's how I feel. And treatment helps me feel great.
2. Getting treatments is how I'm taking good care of myself throughout my life.
3. Pass the mashed potatoes, please.

🤠 But always be kind. Remember, they are coming from a place of fear, and you've outgrown that.

A business guy told me my $20k ultrasound was a "bad investment." Here's why I disagree...

It makes you safer.
I use my ultrasound every day to prevent complications, investigate unique anatomy, and guide injections.

It makes me better.
Every time I look inside a face, I learn more about anatomy and its variations. This informs every following treatment I do.

It honors my integrity.
If I choose not to use ultrasound, I would be neglecting to give you the best, safest care. At this point, I think that's unethical.

My integrity is worth $20k.

Mr. Business Guy can pound sand.

5 things you need to be doing for your dry winter skin ⬇️

🧼 Cleanse with warm water, not hot water which will impair your skin's healthy barrier.

🧴 Use occlusive moisturizing ingredients like petroleum jelly, beeswax, shea butter, and argon oil if you're really dry .

🧣 Protect your skin from cold winds with clothing barriers like a scarf and gloves, or with barrier ointments like Vaseline and Aquaphor.

🔴 If your skin feels burned or overly dry, reduce your retinol use temporarily to allow it to heal.

🏷️ Check the label of your skincare ingredients and make sure alcohols aren't top of the list. These can worsen dryness.

A little filler, a lot of confidence!

Normal changes due to aging cause many women to look sad or mad, even when they're not.

This patient wanted a targeted treatment of the lines below her mouth without looking weird or overdone.

Now she's feeling much more confident in her own skin.

This is my CO2 laser CoolPeel journey.

Before, I used topical numbing which is why I’m a bit shiny in the photo.

Right after, it felt hot like a sunburn, but I went on with my day and was able to function fine.

The next day I was completely comfortable. A bit puffy around the eyes and my skin was a bit red in a grid pattern as you can see in the photo.

On day 2 I went to see Hamilton in Boston and didn’t think twice about it!

The following days my skin looked normal but was rough to the touch.

By day 7 it was smooth as a baby’s bottom!

This treatment is best for routine skin maintenance, lifting brown spots, and improving skin texture.
