🌟 Meet Bailey! 🌟

We’re so excited to officially welcome Bailey to our Universal Strength Wellness team! She will be joining the amazing Annie at the front desk.

Bailey is a Buffalo native, fitness enthusiast, and proud dog lover with a passion for living a balanced, active lifestyle. She’s currently completing her degree in Health Recreation & Sports Management and plans to pursue nursing school after graduating this year.

Bailey blends her academic focus with hands-on experience in wellness, hospitality, and leadership. Known for her high energy, discipline, and genuine love for people, she brings a unique mix of warmth and drive to everything she does…whether she’s in the gym, the classroom, or out and about with her dog. 🐾

We’re truly blessed to have the incredible team we do, and even more excited to have Bailey join the family. Welcome aboard, Bailey we can’t wait for everyone to meet you!

“Hello, my name is Anna! I’m a proud Salutatorian graduate of The New York Institute of Massage and also hold a degree in Humanities & Social Sciences from NCCC.

My love for movement and the human body began early through dance, soccer, and track & field. Along the way, I discovered how important recovery and self-care are—which sparked my passion for holistic health and ultimately led me to massage therapy.

✨ My specialties include:
• Relaxation & Swedish massage
• Headache relief
• Personalized sessions tailored to your needs

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find me walking, painting, and enjoying nature—things that keep me grounded and balanced so I can bring my best energy to every session.

Her surgery was a success, and in true Steph fashion, she’s already off the vent and up walking. We know there’s still a road ahead, but her strength and spirit give us so much hope.

Steph and Krysta spent the day yesterday at Niagara Frontier Country Club for a golf tournament with Niagara County keeping golfers loose and ready to swing. ⛳💆‍♀️ A little massage goes a long way when you’re trying to shave strokes off your game—or at least walk away without sore shoulders. Always a pleasure bringing wellness to the course… but let’s be honest, massage might just be the real secret to a good golf game. 😉

Jessica and Krysta had a blast at the Wildcat Golf Classic! ⛳ We spent the day helping golfers feel their best — loosening tight muscles, easing sore spots, and sharing tips to keep their swing strong. 💪 With pre-round prep, we loved seeing players head to the course feeling refreshed and ready to up their game! 🏌️‍♂️✨
