Artha Yoga classes are now in person at Artha Yoga Gazebo, 9812 County Road K, Amherst on Tuesdays at 5:15pm - 6:30pm and at Splash Fitness at the Ramada Inn in Waupaca at 5:15pm - 6:30pm. Instructor Marguerite Ramlow teaches vinyasa flow style yoga, encouraging each student to work within their own limits while guiding them to find the joy of proper alignment and strength in each pose. Meditation and time for inner reflection are an important part of her teaching. She is the owner of Artha Yoga Studios, a division of Artha llc and teaches several classes a week at the Artha Yoga Studios in Amherst, WI and Splash Fitness Center in Waupaca. Marguerite is a E200 hour and Prenatal Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher and has been teaching since 1998 and practicing yoga for over 30 years. Marguerite received her training from Tias Little of Prajna Yoga, she continues to study, attending a variety of teacher training's yearly.
