Who knew a little moss and a few ferns could spark so much enjoyment? Our afternoon became an exploratory dive into natures quiet details, as we got our hands a little earthy, creating Saikei inspired tiny living landscapes. For each arrangement, there was a sense of calm, connection, and creativity. Not just an activity, but a gentle escape. Look for more of these beautiful moments in the future!

The Mill District General Store & Art Gallery is always a fun way to spend some time. Browsing the shelves, reminiscing over the penny candy selection and old-time treats, finding that one little treasure you didn't realize you were missing, picking up a new plant to bring home, or taking in the creative talents of local artisans in the Art Gallery. We will certainly be planning a return trip soon!

Who says rebellion has an age limit?
We turned up the cool factor at happy hour with a little Blues, Brews, and (temporary) Tattoos! We showed off our wild sides - rocking faux ink, some classic blues vibes, and toasting to good times and great company; there was plenty of laughter, a little mischief, and a whole lot of personality on display. Proof that you're never too old to add a little edge (and a lot of fun) to your day. Turns out... a wild streak never wrinkles!

There's something about moments like this - they feel like memories even while they're still happening. A recent Pop-Up Pop-In Social, catered by Chef Cheryl, invited much conversation about food, recipes, the pairings of certain flavors, and the wonderful assortment of appetizers presented.
We enjoyed potato rosti with a flavorful lemon mousse and smoked salmon, an artichoke and spinach dip on crostini, and a blueberry rosemary compote with creamed goat cheese on crostini.
Another deliciously successful event!

A morning outing to Randall's Farm in Ludlow was just what the Doctor ordered!
Fresh air, fresh flowers, fresh baked goods, and fresh fruits and berries....
Lots of shopping, lots of people watching, and lots of smiles. We will certainly return again very soon.

Living in the Five College area, we are fortunate to have access to a variety of amazing resources. A short ride from our front door to the Amherst College Meade Museum of Art to view the exhibitions on display. Our morning was elevated with vibrant color, photography, music, poetry, and movement!

"Flavor Pairing". Nothing pairs better with a smooth yogurt and pudding parfait than a smooth jazz ballad! Our Fun with Food group mixed up sweet treats and soul music - layering yogurt, pudding, blueberry muffin, granola crumble, crushed wafer cones, and whipped cream, while listening to the iconic Billie Holiday. 🎼

Cheryl's Easter Sunday meal was a masterpiece of love and creativity, featuring thoughtfully curated and visually stunning dishes. The Menu, which catered to diverse tastes, included Roast Lamb, with mint jelly, Roasted Turkey Breast, with cranberry sauce, and Baked Pineapple Ham accompanied by carrots, peas, pearled onions, fingerling potatoes, stuffing, gravy and fresh baked garlic bread. Wine pairings of a Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon, a crisp Pinot Gris, and a Chardonnay were also offered to complement each chosen protein. The meal concluded with a creamy cheesecake, perfectly balanced with a light, vibrant berry topping. A festive touch of spring!
