PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH

Pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting bring dramatic new challenges to your life, your relationships, and your emotional well-being. While it can be an exciting transition, the changes that coincide with the perinatal period can also leave you feeling overwhelmed, worried, guilty, sad, and unable to sleep or relax. Did you know that 1 in 7 moms and 1 in 10 dads suffer from postpartum depression? Here at EWN, we assess, treat, and care for moms and dads with perinatal mental health complications, including anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsions, and psychosis. You are not alone, you are not to blame, and with help you will be well.
