Warm Greetings to you during these times of global challenge and opportunity. We are forging a path through a crisis as yet unprecedented in our lifetimes. With that comes a myriad of feelings and thoughts and actions, some of which are helpful, some not. We can hold it all as apocalyptic or as a global spiritual awakening, or both! These are the times we came for.

Most of us have experienced waves of fear or sadness as we see suffering unfolding around us, and are concerned about our own health or that of loved ones. It can be hard to stay grounded and present when you fear that your own survival may be threatened. This is exactly when we need to remember our interconnectedness with all of LIfe, and our practices of present moment awareness, surrender, conscious breathing, meditation, relaxation and connection to Self, Spirit and Earth. We cannot do this alone. We need each other now more than ever.

In order to support you during this time, I have created some offerings in the next few weeks that will be done through phone or video conferencing. I am also available for phone sessions for both shamanic work and psychotherapy. I have been doing shamanic phone sessions and remote healings for over 20 years and am able to tune into and clear your energy field, move and channel energy, access past lives, psychospiritual issues and information from your guides, and do chakra balancing and attunements. I can also transmit LuSTARA energy remotely. Since many of us are being hit hard economically, I am willing to negotiate fees if need be, while still honoring the time an energy it takes me to do these sessions. Feel free to forward this to anyone who might be interested.
