Fasting is a very old practice with a surprising number of physical health benefits. It's almost too long to go into for one blog post, but I gave it an attempt.

This is something we'd only recommend in very specific circumstances, but the info is good to put out there.

Another tip that Nicole didn't list is that your body regulates most of its hormone and circadian rhythms off of eating times. So eating at set points (or grazing through the day) can be a major factor if these things are off. Which of those strategies you need depends on what your body communicates to you.

This is a big recommendation for people suffering from persistent fatigue or sleep disorders.

Before I start to write a post like this, I like to do a quick Google search to see what information is out there. What will people see when they ask Have you heard it's important to eat at the same time every day? The truth is, it can be helpful to maintain a healthy weight and a healthier you.
