In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, I’d like to share some of my favorite quotes from Dr. King.
Our studio will be closed today as we honor his legacy. May we all spend this day spreading love, choosing light over darkness, and continuing his mission to drive out hate with compassion and unity.

Every workout, every small effort, every moment you choose yourself matters. This journey isn’t meant to be walked alone. We rise higher when we encourage one another, hold each other accountable, and celebrate every win, big or small.

This community is built on support, not comparison. On strength, not pressure. Some days will feel easy, others will challenge you, but you’re never doing it alone. We’re here to lift each other up, to push when needed, and to remind one another why we started.
