Hello from my admin office today ☀️ Getting some work done in my sunny, backyard bubble tent with a great view. The bright sun helps increase serotonin and battle seasonal depression in these bitter cold temperatures. Speaking of bitter cold, my tent was really warm and tricks your brain to feel like summertime. Enjoying the view of our trampoline snow fort, birds at the feeder, and dogs playing in the snow give me little boosts of dopamine and oxytocin. Happy Tuesday! ☀️ ❄️ 🌲
