Kathy now teaches 8 yoga classes at her studio; (quite fittingly on Limbo Ln. in Amherst, NH) 6 gentle yoga classes, and 2 standard/advanced. She also teaches classes at the Milford Medical Center and Summerfield Way (a 55+ community in Amherst). Kathy offers private yoga and Reiki as well. Her studio is a safe place to increase core strength, flexibility, and unify the mind, body, and soul. The yoga practice is ideal for all ages, mobilities, and illness.
