Spoiler: A 30-minute session is perfect for targeting one or two problem spots (neck/shoulders, lower back, etc.) but trying to cover the whole body in that time? It doesn’t give your muscles the attention they deserve.
👉You end up rushing, missing deeper work, and the relief doesn’t last as long. For a true full body massage? Go 60 or 90 minutes, your body will thank you! 😊
