What an incredible experience! 🧡

Some of our staff had the opportunity to volunteer at Feed My Starving Children, sponsored by The Hall Foundation, and it was nothing short of humbling.

Packing meals for children around the world is a reminder of why we do what we do every day. Kids everywhere deserve to thrive, and we're grateful for organizations like The Hall Foundation that make moments like this possible.

Everything you need to know about Measles 🦠

Dr. Lines from Mountain Peak Pediatrics is here to give us the rundown on what’s going around our community. Measles is 6–9x more contagious than the flu, so knowing the signs is key!

Look out for:

- High fever

- Runny nose & cough

- Viral pink eye

- Koplik spots (white spots on the gums)

- A rash that starts at the head and moves down

The best protection? The MMR vaccine! 💉 Usually given at 1 and 4 years old, it can be administered as early as 6 months if there’s a high risk.
