Our Health Science and Sports Medicine seniors enjoyed a trip to Specialty Orthopedic Group in Tupelo today! šŸ¦“āœØ

Students had the opportunity to learn about the entire patient care processā€”from diagnostics to surgery to rehabilitative therapy. It was a valuable, real-world experience that brought classroom concepts to life!

Teacher Academy students competed for the first time in the Skills USA State Competition. They understood the assignment. Emma Chilcoat, Karleigh Sargent, and Emma Williams placed 2nd in Promotional Bulletin Board. Veleka Wofford, Gracie Kennedy, and Samaria Perkins placed 2nd in Chapter Display. These ladies did an amazing job representing Teacher Academy and the Amory CTC.

Weā€™re excited to offer a Metal Fabrication Camp June 1ā€“3 from 9:00ā€“11:30 AM! This camp is open to students entering 8th and 9th grade for the 2026ā€“2027 school year.

There is no cost to attend, but space is limited to 8 studentsā€”so sign up early!

Students will learn basic metal fabrication safety, hand tool usage, and get hands-on experience with a CNC plasma cutter.
