You are all at various stages of your journeys, with some thriving, others struggling profoundly.

Regardless of your current position, you are accepted. You are not a burden and you are loved unconditionally.

Healing requires perseverance through pain, which is a necessary aspect of the process. A process you will endure inevitably.

So...

Deep breaths, lots of tea, and experiencing consistent levels of safety are always useful things.

"Practice what you preach (saying to myself)"

Because I am so guilty of too much self criticism and in words that lack empathy. As well as running myself ragged before asking for help.

So even if you don't have those tools, the ones that tell you to regulate your nervous system manually...

You can remind yourself that you aren't a burden, you are loved, and you can ask for help.

Because even therapists talk to therapists.
And "hopefully" it will slow things down.
