Currently working in the field, she has also provided private chef services, tailoring nutrition plans to individual needs.

Her expertise spans across various demographics, including working with military personnel for tactical nutrition, athletes in collegiate and high school settings, and families nationwide for weight management and sports nutrition. Rachel has been a group speaker to U.S. military forces, conducted screenings for nutritional assessments, and even served as a personal nutritionist for high-ranking military officials.

For our clients at Ageless Aesthetics, Rachel offers:
• Specialized Meal Plans: Customized for special dietary needs like gluten-free, lactose intolerance, FODMAP, vegan, vegetarian, kosher, and more.
