This is Tom. He arrived at River Ridge at the end of August following a right above-knee amputation, and today marked an incredible milestone, receiving his prosthetic leg and taking his first steps.

Through hard work, determination, and consistent therapy, Tom has made meaningful progress and is looking forward to returning home once his program is complete. He shared how much he values his routine with the therapy team and how much he has enjoyed his stay.
