I'm pausing tonight to talk about the timing of life... What if the "right time" isn't just something you find one day... What if it's about the space you're already standing in.

We're taught to wait for the "right" moment. The right time to start, to heal, to slow down, to become. What if the right time has never been out there ahead of you in the distance. What if it's here- in the middle of the noise, the laughter of loved ones, the gentle presence of pets beside you.

The Serenity Nest, our cottage-inspired greenhouse, is being reimagined into a sanctuary for women... A space where nature, healing and soul connection intertwine. I'm pausing tonight to talk about our beloved pets in Spirit. I've been thinking a lot about my black Lab, Zoey, who crossed the rainbow bridge in October, 2024. The day before we said our goodbyes to Zoey, I connected with my maternal grandma, in spirit, asking her to take care of Zoey. As I finished my request, my gram pointed to a dog bed that she had already set up and showed me a stone garden space where Zoey could lay in the sun. This was my only comfort during that time. 🐾

In my healing sessions with clients, I often connect with their pets while in their heart space, but the loss of a beloved pet is a grief that can move past the heart- it can settle into the Sacral Chakra- the Womb.
This is our sacred center, where our love becomes embodied through presence. Our pets live here with us- in the softness of daily routines, familiar rhythms, in the quiet companionship that asks for nothing in return. When they transition, the Womb space can feel this deeply- a hollowing, a soft ache, a complete shift in the flow of emotional safety and security.

This grief is real. This grief is worthy of honoring. It is the echo of love that was embodied and deeply felt. Love does not end. Love does not leave- it transforms, becoming a quiet presence within the sacred space of your being. ❤️

• I trust that our loving connection continues beyond the physical.

I'm excited to announce three NEW Class Offerings for May, all centered around Mother's Day. Anchored in healing, love and creativity, we're offering the following:

❤️ Womb Wisdom: Healing and Honoring Guided Meditation with Sound Bath Class on Tuesday, May 7th. Nestled in the cozy Meditation Loft, class will begin with a Sound Bath, followed by a Guided Meditation. In this restorative and healing Class, everyone will receive a heating pad to use during the Meditation for warmth and nurturing during their journey. Each participant will receive a Sacral Chakra supporting crystal bracelet to take home.

🌿 Mother's Day Body Cream and Sugar Scrub Make + Take Class on Sunday, May 10th! In this engaging and creative class, each participant will create a custom scented Body Cream and Sugar Scrub! Enjoy a light breakfast of muffins and herbal tea and have fun filling a goody bag with samples of our All-Natural products!

I'm still smiling from today! The day began with our Energy Healing Balm Make + Take Class... which included Chakra education and a mini meditation to scan our own Chakras, noticing which areas could use more support and nurturing. Everyone made two Energy Healing Balms based on their scanning to take home. So much fun!

Thank you to everyone, familiar and new, who visited the barn today. I'm grateful for the laughter, deep conversations and hugs!
