Last night, we hosted our first Healing Bowls Class. Such a heart-warming group of women! Class began with a Sound Bath, followed by a New Moon Guided Meditation and we ended class with my homemade minestrone soup, rolls and applesauce with oracle card pulls... to nourish our souls!

Our next Healing Bowls class will be on Thursday, December 4th at 6pm. ❤️

I'm pausing tonight to share a heart-filling story and to highlight our Healing offerings!
Last Friday, as I was preparing for a Reiki session with an established client, I was standing in the kitchen when the client's dad came into my awareness. He wanted to connect with his daughter: "I want her to hear me, not just listen to me". At that very moment, I heard the undeniable squawk of a Blue Jay-- a bird that is never shy about announcing its presence.🪶

Knowing that my client would love a visual capturing of this special moment, I took a picture from across the kitchen. Wanting an even better photo, I zoomed in and as I took the second photo, the Blue Jay took flight and literally changed into a white bird with a glowing halo surrounding its wings! I see it as an Angel Bird, reminding us that life is beautiful and that we are always surrounded by the love and light of loved ones from across the veil. ❤️
