Fleming Physical Therapy Consultants PC is 15 years old this week! I'm just not sure where the time has gone! A big thank you to my family and friends as for not for you, none of this would have happened. To our staff: it goes the same way, thanks to you we have the opportunity to 'help people feel better' every day, as well as getting to work with some awesome people. I'd say 'here is to another 15 yrs', but I'm starting to get too old to look out that far!! Hugs and Hi fives!

A lot of people say 'I have to fix my posture'. Posture seems straight forward but it's not that simple. Key is to change your postures or positions on/off during the day. Too erect of a posture is as bad as slouched posture.

The incidence of findings degenerative changes with imaging increase as we age, but the complaints of neck/back pain reduces as we age. So because you have degeneration doesn't mean its the cause of pain. Consider it like 'wrinkles on the inside'. Its a normal part of aging.
