It’s official! Southwest Montana Community Health Center is now Blacktail Health. We changed our name to make it easier to say and remember, and to better reflect our commitment to accessible, welcoming care for everyone in our communities.

Rest assured—nothing else has changed. We’re still your independent, nonprofit community health center, serving Butte, Dillon, and Anaconda for 40 years. You’ll see our new logo, website, and emails, but our trusted team, phone numbers, and dedication to your health remain the same.
