Prepare for your upcoming childbirth experience with evidence-based education with a certified nurse-midwife!

This intensive, 4 hour childbirth education class will cover:
🍂Introductions & evidence based care
🍂Comfort measures and advocacy
🍂Intervention and birth plans
🍂Fourth trimester and labor rehearsal

This class is offered every other month and is limited to 6 birthers. Registration fee is $200 (you and a partner).

Parent and toddler meet-up for casual walking and conversation. Usually meets at the Tommy Thompson Trail access at V and 34th, but keep an eye on the calendar for alternate locations and events. Weather dependent (light rain is a go, but heavy rain, snow and freezing will likely make us cancel).

Meets EVERY OTHER WEEK on Wednesdays at 3pm. Led by Kiersten Mara.
