πŸš— Big News for Southwest Oklahoma! πŸš—

We want to make sure our community knows about an exciting new program from our partners at SWODA and SORTPO that could make a real difference for rural residents!

The Rural Mobility Access Program (RMAP) is launching in Southwest Oklahoma to help people overcome one of the biggest barriers to health care β€” transportation.
If you or someone you know struggles to get to:

πŸ₯ Doctor visits and medical appointments
πŸ’Š Pharmacies and prescription pickups
πŸ›’ Grocery stores and food access points
❀️ Health-related programs and preventative care

Here's what RMAP offers:
βœ… Mileage reimbursement for trips to essential services
βœ… Mobility Navigators to help connect residents with services
βœ… Transit vehicles for rural providers

To learn more:

For mileage reimbursement assistance, contact Mobility Navigator:

Please share this with anyone in your network who might benefit β€” getting to care shouldn't be the hardest part! πŸ’™
