Call or email My approach to therapy is always centered around YOU.

My heart and soul go into my practice as I help clients reach an inner state of tranquility, understanding and self awareness. Sometimes we feel alone and misunderstood. Sometimes we have trouble setting boundaries in relationships. Sometimes we enter stages of life that are more stressful than others, experiencing major life changes, both for the good and bad. Life is a journey, often filled with joy, but sometimes filled with sorrow and pain. I will walk beside you through your journey and help you navigate the road that can be curvy, unpredictable and confusing at times. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience in couple's therapy, individual therapy, group therapy as well as extensive experience working with adolescents. As humans, we all have different strengths, weaknesses, struggles and passions- my desire is to help you identify those and adapt these things to your daily lives and relationships. My goal is to create a therapeutic approach that feels comfortable and suitable for you personally. Supervised by Deeann Peterson, MFC41287

Our ✨WHY✨ for supporting ✨Ronald McDonald House✨

How did that happen? 😂

I’ve worked with teens for over 15 years now and I LOVE it.

Teens are so unique. They are
✨craving independence and still having to balance being a “kid”
✨pushing boundaries in healthy (and sometimes unhealthy) ways
✨learning how to “human” in the world
✨navigating friendships, family dynamics and often first romantic relationships

Our teens are navigating and holding more than ever before. They are amazing and strong and resilient, but we also need to remind ourselves they still need support, guidance, a cheering section, affection, and sometimes someone to say “that’s sucks and I’m so sorry”

Although I’m no longer “young” to my teens, teens will always be my OG clients and I won’t stop showing up for them 🥰

✨ Finding the right therapist matters just as much as starting therapy itself. ✨

A good fit feels safe, supportive, and challenges you in the right ways.
If you’re wondering how to know if a therapist is a good match, here’s your checklist 📝

👉 Save this for your search (or your reminder that you deserve good therapy).

Excited to share our ✨partnership✨with Orange Lutheran Football! We are bringing a mental health program to their players🏈🧠.

Football teaches grit, teamwork, and discipline—but players also face unique pressures on and off the field. Supporting their mental health is just as important as their physical training.

This program will give them tools to set goals, handle stress, and build resilience that lasts long after the game ends.

Here’s to strong minds & strong players. 💪
