5 Steps to Breathing in the Light 🌟
A Shamanic Reiki Perspective from Holo_Tree_Reiki 🌞
1. RELAX & CONNECT TO YOUR BREATH
- Take a deep breath in from your nose. Breathe in Golden-White Light. Hold it in for 3 seconds, then gently exhale out of your mouth.
2. CALL IN YOUR SPIRITUAL TEAM
- "I call upon my Higher Self and Spiritual Team of Light, to support and assist me during this meditation and throughout my day."
3. SET YOUR INTENTION
- "As I breathe in golden white light, I allow it to fill every part of me completely, and release all negative energies, within and around me. Sending it into Mother Earth for transmutation. I am a being of light. I radiate like the Sun."
4. STAY FOCUSED
- Breathe in the Light into every part of your body (from head to toes, into all organs, muscles, bones, blood, skin, cells, etc.). Allow your spiritual team to clear the negative energies by imagining dirt washing off of you.
5. BE IN GRATITUDE
- Feel grateful to your Higher Self, Spiritual Team, and Universal Energy, while basking in the golden white light. Radiate like the Sun 🌞
Practice Daily for at least 5-30 minutes, and u will feel more free, clear, and overall wellness. 🙏🌟☯️🌸
