I love this slow and controlled Lower Abs Pilates sequence to flatten and tone your waist. Plus you’ll strengthen your pelvic floor and ease back pain.

Do each of the 5 moves for 45 seconds, 2-3 rounds 🔁. If you don’t have a pilates mini ball, use a roll of toilet paper 🧻 or just omit it.

If you’re looking for more effective workouts that are not draining, but are still effective, then you’ll love my app.

I designed my app for the woman who’s looking to tone from home in less than 30 minutes with minimal equipment. You can do the workouts before work, while your kids or playing, or anywhere in between.

The last slide is just for fun, because it’s usually what happens when I workout on the floor with my toddler!

It’s 2016 and your life consists of taking danceresque yoga photos on the beach, modeling for every yoga brand out there, and then traveling to cool places to take more photos and surf! Lol 😂 And you have the longest thickest hair 😭 these were the days… What you don’t see though is me hustling my first online fitness business, called Get Stretchy! Everytime I posted people would ask me how to get flexible so that’s when I started teaching online! I was also competing in Latin ballroom, swipe to the end to see a clip of our cha cha routine 💃🏼

Transform your abs with this standing abs routine. Because doing crunches isn’t the only way to strengthen your core! And you’ll activate core stabilizer muscles while doing standing ab exercises. So if you hate crunches, or if your neck hurts in crunches, try this instead! This routine targets your lower abs, obliques, and overall core stability. Option to use a set of light weights (I’m using 3lbs), or go heavier! Do 3 rounds of each move. 💪

It’s been a very full December, and happy Christmas! We hosted for the first time which was so fun and a lot of work! Lol I cooked a tri-tip for 20 people but never got a picture! So sad about that, but it was delicious. I did a lot of cooking this holiday season and I’ll be posting a carousel with all my recipes because they’re worth saving 😋 Coco had her first ballet performance, where she cried for daddy the whole time 🤦‍♀️ (he was front row filming) but still did her solo. Also Coco is really trying to do a handstand! You can see the video of her tumbling on the mat, she’s so brave! And also that crazy video is a game to see who could unravel a streamer the fastest, it was so hard hahaha. ⛄️ Hope your having a nice holiday ❤️

Comment “granola” for the recipe. This is perfectly sweet, crunchy, with a hint of salt. Everyone loves it. It’s oat-free, seed oil free, and so versatile. Recipe’s below.

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1.5 cup almonds
2 cup cashews
1/2 cup h**p hearts
1 cup pistachios
4 tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
2 tsp vanilla extract
Salt to taste

Instructions:
* Preheat oven to 350
* In a food processor, coarsely chop all of the nuts
* In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, maple syrup, honey, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla extract
* Add the nuts to the large mixing bowl and stir well until nuts are evenly covered
* Lay a single layer of the mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, you may need to do a few baking sheets
* Place in oven for 10 minutes, take it out and mix it up, and flatten it to a single layer again
* Bake for another 2-3 minutes or until golden
* Store in glass containers 🫙 and enjoy!

Containers: I used 10oz glass containers with wood lid to give away as gifts 🎁
