In addition to personal face-to-face sessions, I provide "Secure Video" sessions for your convenience. Sessions are HIPPA compliant guaranteeing confidentiality. I work with many clients throughout the State of California via live video technology. For the busy professional who does not live in Southern California, video sessions are effective. Research suggests that the most important factor when choosing a therapist is the client / therapist relationship. Apart from theoretical orientation, years of experience, knowledge of sugject matter... the feeling of trust and connection one feels from their therapist is the single most important factor when working with a therapist. You should be able to tell your therapist anything without feeling judgment. Being able to work through issues in a safe, secure setting is essential.
