نشكركم كثيرًا على إبداء مخاوفكم ونتفهم مدى صعوبة الموقف خلال هذا الوقت الحرج.
لسوء الحظ ، يمر عالمنا بأزمة صحية وإصابات COVID-19 مرتفعة في مقاطعة أورانج بكاليفورنيا. العيادة مفتوحة ستة أيام في الأسبوع لساعات طويلة لدعم احتياجات أعضائنا من الرعاية الصحية خلال هذا الوباء حيث ازدادت الطلبات على خدماتنا بشكل كبير مما أدى إلى ضغوط على مجالات الرعاية الصحية. حيث يذهب الناس إلى المستشفيات ويتم إبعادهم لعدم المقدرة على استيعابهم.
نحن نبذل قصارى جهدنا لمساعدة مجتمعنا خلال هذه الأزمة. نحن نتفهم أن نظام الهاتف مشغول كثيرًا أو أنه قد تكون هناك اتصالات مفقودة ولكن يمكننا أن نؤكد لكم أننا نعمل بجد ونطبق دائمًا طرقًا جديدة لرعاية أعضائنا.
طريقة بديلة للتواصل معنا هي إنشاء حساب على بوابة الويب الالكترونية web portal مع العيادة باستخدام بريدك الإلكتروني وإرسال رسالة آمنة إلينا. إذا لم يكن لديك بوابة ويب ، يرجى تقديم بريدك الإلكتروني إلى موظفينا وسيساعدونك.

We thank you so much for stating your concerns and we understand how difficult it is.
Unfortunately, our world is going through a health crisis and the COVID-19 infections are high in orange county. We are open six days a week long hours to support our members healthcare needs during this pandemic as the demands for our services have increased so much which has put a strain on the healthcare fields. People go to the hospitals and are sent away.
We are doing our best to help our community during this crisis. We do understand that the phone system is busy a lot of times or that there might be missed connections but we can assure you we are working very hard and always implementing new ways to take care of our members.
An alternative way to get a hold of us is to set up a web portal account with the clinic with your email and send us a secure message. If you don’t have a web portal please provide your email to our staff and they will assist you.
Once again we thank you for your patience, understanding and prayers as we all face these difficult times together.
